TRE Session
EDUCATION SESSION: Resilient Leadership: Thriving Beyond Burnout
Presented by empowerun
In an era defined by constant change and mounting pressures, leadership in the run specialty industry has never been more challenging—or more essential. This candid conversation brings together female leaders from both leading brands and retailers to explore the rising tide of leadership burnout.
Panelists will share how they are navigating uncertainty from three perspectives: as individuals striving to protect their own well-being, as leaders guiding and sustaining their teams, and as industry voices helping shape the future of run specialty. Attendees will gain practical tools, new perspectives, and renewed energy to lead with resilience—without sacrificing their own passion in the process.
