empowerun was conceived by two women in the run specialty space looking for authentic and intimate ways to connect female leaders in the industry. Providing a forum for cross-collaboration, and a program for enrichment, empowerun is for women who seek opportunities for self-improvement and a willingness to amplify the female point of view in our organizations and the industry.

empowerun is a collaborative, independent project produced by the female principals of Pacers Running and Red Coyote. The intention of this project is to provide a space for women in running to form supportive and lasting networks and opportunities for self-growth.
empowerun is underwritten by key supporters and Pacers Running and Red Coyote. All funds collected are directly invested into program execution.
